Equinox Singapore Presents Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Menu

The Equinox Complex at Swissotel is toasting its tenth anniversary with an extra special edition of their annual Chefs with Altitude festival, featuring menu highlights crafted by the culinary team at Fifteen restaurant in London.

From October 23 to 30, a starry contingent of chefs, including an alumni of the Fifteen Apprentice Programme; Head Pastry Chef Dean McClumpha; Executive Head Chef Andrew Parkinson; Senior Sous Chef Trevor Howard and Restaurant Manager Robin Soutar will give Singaporean diners a taste of their signature Fifteen menu at Equinox Restaurant.

Founded by “Naked Chef” Jamie Oliver in 2002, Fifteen London is the flagship restaurant and training ground for aspiring chefs of the Fifteen Apprentice Programme, which uses the magic of the culinary world to give unemployed young people a chance at a better future.
