The Bel Air home that Michael Jackson was renting for $100,000/month when he died has been put on the market for $29 million with Coldwell Banker.
Spanning 17,200 square feet, it features seven bedrooms, 13 toilets and a seven-car garage. Jackson was using the expansive property while he rehearsed for his ‘This is It’ concert tour in downtown Los Angeles. He had been living there with his three children, Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and Blanket, eight, when he overdosed on Propofol last June.
Owned by Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez, it has dropped in price significantly since it was originally put on the market for $38 million in 2008.
