Dion Lee’s Resort 2014 collection has been nicknamed “Oil & Water.”
After examining the use of both leather and satin, the contrast between bold blues and warm colors against plain blacks and whites, and a variety of looks ranging from fitted swimwear to geometric dresses, it’s understandable why the selection has been given its mentioned title.
The collection also focuses on both symmetrical and asymmetrical structure, which its model—seen either solo, with her doppelganger, or following the rule of thirds—compliments.
