TWG Tea has captured the spirit of the Mid-Autumn festival in a collection of eight tea-infused snowskin and traditional mooncakes, entirely hand-crafted in Singapore by TWG Tea’s Chef Pâtissier with meticulous effort to blend flavors in absolute harmony. Setting the trend for the entire collection this year is the Autumn Celebration Tea, announcing the arrival of fall, in deep violet, setting the tone and the flavor of the season. Throughout history, tea has been served to accompany sweets, to balance flavors and refresh the palate. Autumn Celebration Tea is just such a black tea, blended with a hint of dewy sweetness and notes of candied violet. Rich, mysterious, satisfying, this marvellous tea will delight tea lovers of all ages.

TWG Tea has expanded its selection of four traditional mooncakes with the addition of the new Harvest mooncake, wrapped in a perfectly baked golden brown crust, featuring mixed almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia and pecans enveloped in a smooth lotus paste infused with Brothers Club Tea, a warm and luminescent black tea with notes of nuts, citrus fruit and berries. The Fire mooncake will illuminate Autumn evenings with a sumptuous baked crust, white lotus and rich pistachio paste infused with Paris-Singapore Tea and scattered with dried cranberries and red beans.

A tribute to innovation, TWG Tea unveils its 2015 collection of four snowskin mooncakes. The new Celebration mooncake crowned with resplendent purple snowskin is filled with a dainty chestnut mousse infused with Autumn Celebration Tea around a mango marmalade white chocolate heart. The TWG Tea Snowskin mooncake collection also includes the most indulgent mooncake of all with its 24K gold-plating, the deep red Dragon mooncake, filled with a Red Balloon Tea infused nashi pear mousseline and crunchy crumble encasing a refreshing blueberry marmalade white chocolate heart.
