Vacheron Constantin recently hosted an intimate cocktail event in Singapore themed “The Art of Openworking” to present its latest skeletonised timepieces. The private event that was held at the watchmaker’s new boutique at ION Orchard, was hosted by Ellen Sorensen, the Managing Director of Vacheron Constantin South East Asia. Guests were first greeted with a live watchmaking demonstration, and enjoyed bespoke cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while viewing the exceptional timepieces and in-house calibres on display.
A special menu was put together in line with the theme for the evening. Two exceptional ‘openworked’ chocolate sculptures were carefully assembled by renowned local dessert maestro, Chef Janice Wong, to present a unique piece of edible art. In addition, a mixologist specially crafted two bespoke cocktails that were inspired by Vacheron Constantin.
