‘Scandal’ star Kerry Washington took on the timeless little black dress at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Bill of Rights Dinner held in Los Angeles, California, on November 8. Kerry opted to wear a form-fitting off-the-shoulder dress from BOSS’ spring 2016 runway collection at the event.
