The InterContinental Hong Kong is offering the chance to have a festive dinner party in its Presidential Suite with the help of Dom Pérignon and Nobu.
The 7,000 square feet Presidential Suite is usually solely available for accommodation but the hotel is making an exception for the festive season. Guests who reserve the “Dom Pérignon – Nobu Holiday Dinner Party” can enjoy aperitifs on the Suite’s private 2,500 square foot rooftop terrace which boasts its own infinity swimming pool, Jacuzzi and panoramic views of Victoria Harbour.
They can then choose to have the dinner party either in the Suite’s private dining room or on the terrace.
Dom Pérignon’s Chef de Cave, chef Nobu Matsuhisa and InterContinental Hong Kong’s chefs created the menu together, and were inspired by musical sensations.
It reads:
Oenotheque 1995 paired with a shooter of Duck Consommé with Liquorice, followed by Sea Urchin Lobster Scallop and caviar.
Dom Pérignon Rosé 2000 paired with Wagyu Beef rolled with Foie Gras and spicy miso, followed by a Compression of Pigeon Breast in Green Cabbage and Black Truffles
Dom Pérignon Blanc 2002 served with white peach and jasmine, followed by “Mystery” Honey ice cream with crunchy almond and black sesame paste.
The dinner will be served on Dom Pérignon Ercuis china and can accommodate a maximum of 12 persons.
