Bulgari, in conjunction with Save the Children, recently hosted the inaugural Secret Winter Gala. The elegant evening of fine dining and entertainment, raised over £700,000 for the Save the Children charity through ticket sales and auction items. Held at London’s iconic Guildhall, the Secret Winter Gala invited guests to step into the pages of a magical children’s book and brought to life E.T.A Hoffman’s Christmas classic “Nutcracker and Mouse King”.

The fairy tale evening was attended by over 350 guests, including Samantha Cameron, Myleene Klass, Susan Boyle, Dom Joly, Elizabeth McGovern, Poppy and Chloe Delevingne, Natasha Kaplinsky, Mariella Frostrup and Isabella Ferrari. The entertainment for the evening comprised of performances from the English National Ballet’s Elena Glurdjidze and Arionel Vargas performing a captivating pas-de-deux from this season’s production of Nutcracker by Wayne Eagling, and Tom Middleton with a 17 piece orchestra conducted by James Ross.

After dinner, Lord Harry Dalmeny led a live auction of 7 lots which included a VIP trip to Rome with a priceless pair of earrings donated by Bulgari, a couture piece by Anna Valentine, and a celebrity style package including a make-up consultation with Charlotte Tilbury and a dress from Alessandra Rich.
