DKNY has enlisted the help of “Twilight” vampire Ashley Greene, for a buzz-worthy campaign for Fall which sees the vampy actress caught in various street-style shots.
Ms Greene, who plays the vampire Alice Cullen in the massively popular “Twilight Saga” series of films, looks positively angelic in the images by legendary fashion photog Peter Lindbergh, which take their cue from another current pop culture phenomenon: the street-style blog.
Accompanied by the dashing Johannes Huebl, Ashley Greene is seen stalking the streets of New York City, looking like a chic urban warrior in DKNY threads. The deliberately grainy, fly-on-the-wall photographs show her going about a day in NYC’s Fifth Avenue and TriBeCa, among other iconic locales in the city.
The ingenuity of it all? The campaign shows just how wearable DKNY’s Fall collection is: Ashley Greene looks right at home in her urban surrounds.
