MAISON&OBJET ASIA (M&O Asia), the Parisian interior design and lifestyle show, returns this year to Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre from 10 to 13 March. To commemorate SG50, M&O Asia will dedicate a series of conferences and talks on 13 March (Friday) to the milestones that led to Singapore’s establishment of itself as an internationally acclaimed design nation.
Expect also new launches and Jubilee collections, such as the Volupte Collection designed by well-known local pastry chef Janice Wong in collaboration with Swarovski for Luzerne. This year’s Designer of the Year, Neri&Hu, will also be launching Jubilee editions of their Ming and Utility Collection. The Ming Collection (Jubilee Edition) comprises a series of Ming chairs and a coffee table in different shades of green, to highlight Singapore’s place as a green city in Asia.
Staple awards and events like Designer of the Year and Rising Asian Talents, as well as the Interior Design & Lifestyle Summit, will remain.
The show will be opened to the public on 13 March (Friday), from 12pm to 6pm. This is the first time M&O Asia is opened to the public.
