Champagne producer Perrier-Jouët revealed their new 2002 vintage Belle Epoque , which endorses the tradition of their founders, Pierre Nicoles Prerruer and Adele Jouet. It is their first vintage of the 21st century.
Cuvee Belle Epoque possesses a delicate and subtle yet rotund citrus aroma. The finesse of the aroma is substantially confirmed by poised flavor, resulting from six years of meticulous ageing. Its great complexity reveals depth and power, while retaining sparkle. The chic color and unrelenting bubbles are fascinating and of fine character.
The transparency of the magnificent bottle, with its Emile Galle floral décor, flaunts its avant-garde fortitude. The approach had won many compliments and confirms that Perrier Jouet ‘s abilities of combing of champagne making and arty creation in their highly regarded artistic heritage. Cuvee Belle Epoque will be available from February 2010.
