Montblanc recently hosted its inaugural Black & White Weeks in Singapore. The Maison premiered its 2014 novelties from writing instruments to watches, leather and accessories at the Vue Privee ArtGallery on April 3. Guests were invited to preview the Meisterstück 90th Collection comprising of a unique selection of leather goods, meticulously crafted timepieces, refined jewelry and a new Meisterstück writing instrument collection that will continue the writing legacy of such a timeless icon.
The two-day event was hosted by none other that Managing Director of Montblanc South East Asia, Andreas Boesch. In his opening address, Andreas recounted his very first Montblanc Meisterstück pen which he bought when he was 25.
“The spirit of Meisterstück withstood the test of time and grew stronger in the 90 years since 1924 to become the fine lifetime companion for every successful individual, man or woman. Montblanc continues to stay relevant and true to its heritage through innovation and its exquisite European craftsmanship,” said Andreas.
Aside from being given a personal and exclusive insight on Montblanc’s 2014 novelties, guests were also treated to a delectable dinner specially created and prepared by the renowned Chef Nicolas Joanny of Restaurant Le Nicola’s.
