With a second site at Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, due to open in early summer this year, Jamie’s Italian, has added a selection of delicious new dishes to the menu of Italian classics available at itsCauseway Bay location. Available immediately, the new menu items include a selection of additional starters and nibbles including the Ricotta Bruschetta with roasted cherry tomatoes, lemony ricotta and basil, as well as Italian Nachos, a special rendition of the traditional classic with a Jamie Oliver twist including crispy ravioli, stuffed with a creamy three cheese filling.
The new mains include a Superfood Salad, a vegetarian option of Italian sprouting broccoli, avocado, and candied beets, topped off with pomegranate and crunchy smashed nuts and seeds. Another mouth-watering dish is the Chicken al Mattone, featuring sumptuous free-range chicken served with lemony rocket, crostini and parmesan, smothered in a rich wild mushroom sauce.
Seafood fans can dive right into the mouth-watering Lobster al Forno – half a decadent marinated lobster, roasted to perfection and served with a silky parmesan sauce and spaghetti pomodoro. Meat lovers will also enjoy a new take on the extravagant steak dish featuring the 10oz Bone in Ribeye. Using prime British beef, the steak is dry-aged for deeper flavour and tenderness, cooked to your liking and served with proper hand-cut, triple-cooked chips with roasted lemony portobello mushrooms. A perfect option for a hot summer’s day, the journey continues with a tangy Pineapple and Frozen Yoghurt for dessert, consisting of juicy pineapple and pomegranate soaked in lime and mint, with shards of poppy seed snaps in a refreshing scoop of frozen natural yoghurt to finish off.
Maintaining the same high standards of using fresh, high-quality and responsibly sourced ingredients, the new menu items are available to Jamie’s Italian fans at Causeway Bay and will also be featured in the brand new Tsim Sha Tsui location this summer.
