Famed chef Teage Ezard will be making the trip from Melbourne to Thailand later this month when he will cook for a few days at the Sukhothai Bangkok.
The Age Good Food Guide (a dining bible in Victoria in the absence of a Michelin guide) has awarded Ezard’s eponymous restaurant “Two Hats” on numerous occasions and also named it Best New Restaurant when it was launched in 1999. Meanwhile in 2003 the publication went one step further and named him ‘Chef of the Year’.
Ezard will hold a Signature Wine Dinner on August 26 and a Degustation Dinner on August 27 & 28 respectively.
