Designer Alexis Komene was announced the winner of the $5000 cheque from BMW to set her label Crooked Seven on its way up in the fashion industry. Her collection, “Only by the night” for autumn/winter 2014 was spectacularly beautiful. Twelve looks enchanting and inspiring taking the notion of fluidity and focus from the world of BMW.

Known for her Black Hills yarn the designer showcased a variety elegant & cosy men’s and women’s knitwear at NZFW 2013. Truly a skilled master of her art the collection offered lots of variety and intricate details such as embellishments and fern-shaped felting.
Nara Paz
Nara Paz showcased a range of exquisitely tailored evening-wear featuring a shimmering rustic print in elegant silhouettes. The collection consisted of luxurious shimming dark toned fabrics and bold white and black contrast pieces. A overall cohesive collection that had great variety.
