Time to hit the waves has just been given a whole new meaning with Alexander Wang’s new and exclusive range of surfboards, #TheCage22.
Made in collaboration with Hayden Cox’s Australian surfboard brand, Haydenshapes, this collection of five marble print surfboards oozes elegance and sophistication. Handcrafted to perfection, monochrome lovers are in for a delight as Wang showcases a sporty yet modern aesthetic. The cage also sports a sculpture in the form of a black wave which looms over the interior.
Inspiration for this collection emerged from the Wang and Cox’s desire to create a visual installation that embodied innovation and functionality. The dynamic duo has designed the ultimate high-end performance product.
The latest cage installation is on display at Wang’s flagship SoHo store in New York.
