Duffy London is a design team we’re already quite familiar with, but this piece is our favorite to date. The coffee table is a 3D representation of a geological cross section, and re-creates a mind-bending abyss right in your living room.
Designing each table is an intricate process, layering several sheets of both wood and glass atop each, until the desired look is achieved. While recreating the topography and depths of the ocean in a coffee table may be an intricate process, the end result is most certainly worth the effort. Now if we could only figure out how to come up with $10,000 to add this thing to the pad.
