The legendary Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, has reopened after extensive renovation work which was carried out over a two year period.
Since opening in 1903, the hotel has welcomed maharajas and princes, presidents and world leaders, and this project has since revived its Palace Wing.
Mr Philip Ho, Vice President Asia Pacific for The Leading Hotels of the World, said: “We are delighted to welcome The Taj Mahal Palace back to the Leading Family. After a loving and painstaking restoration programme, it is an honour to be able to once again market this legendary hotel under the LHW brand.”
The hotel will continue to offer its ‘Signature Butler Experience’.
