Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts will open a hotel in Nanchang, China in the second quarter of 2013.
The hotel will be built in two phases with the first comprising 319 guestrooms as well as a meeting and function space and recreation facilities.
The hotel’s 18 suites will range from 84-210 square metres and 65 per cent of its rooms will overlook the Ganjiang River and surrounding gardens.
Other features include an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant and bar, a Chinese restaurant and a lobby lounge.
Phase II of the development will see the completion of a residential area, a shopping space and an office tower.
