Luxury travel retailer DFS played host to the world’s first Master of Spirits in March at Singapore’s Changi Airport, thrilling spirit connoisseurs and collectors with a tasting session of some of the rarest wines, cognacs and bubbly. The exclusive event was held at Changi Airport’s prestigious Jet Quay CIP Terminal, bringing together an eminent list of brand partners, VIPs and DFS Platinum Services Club members.

Guests had the pleasure of mingling with top distillers and craftsmen, and savored the finest products on the market today, including the Royal Salute 50 Year Old, Highland Park 50 Years Old, two bottles of The Macallan Lalique 55 Years Old, Louis XIII Rare Cask 43.8, and the Louis XIII Black Pearl Magnum.

Commenting on the inaugural presentation, Michael Schriver, President Worldwide Store Operations for DFS, said: ‘We are extremely pleased to have the full support of our valued partners to host such a world-class spirits and wine event.’

‘The Master of Spirits event is one of the very unique occasions where we have so many leaders in the luxury spirits world showcasing their fine and rare products all under one roof. This isn’t just another event – it’s the only event to be at if you’re a true spirit connoisseur.’
