Ascott has opened two new serviced residences in China, in Shenzhen and Shenyang respectively.

The 199-unit Ascott Maillen Shenzhen is located in the heart of Shekou’s commercial and cultural district, with properties ranging from ranging from studios to penthouses. Features include a meeting room, gymnasium and heated swimming pool.
The 270-unit Somerset Heping Shenyang is likewise located in the city’s main commercial and shopping district. Options range from one to three bedroom apartments, while facilities include a meeting room, gymnasium, games room and an aerobics room. The property also provides an indoor playroom to cater for children.
