Japanese couture designer Yoshiki Hishinuma delivers an exquisite collection incorporating elements of beauty, nature, outer-space, and culture into a pastel powered, three-dimensional collection of fantasy inspired gowns made with fabulous scrunched & textured folds out of organic fabrics, like crushed paper.
His collection themed “Cosmic Diva” was presented at Marina Bay Sands for FIDé Fashion Week 2013 and was an exploration of cosmic mystery, and earthly fauna.
Models glided through in elegant, not-from-this-earth crowns & graceful yoga inspired hand poses, showcasing Hishinuma’s flora & fauna inspired gowns, delivered through a burst of fresh color, hand-painted foliage, plant motifs, and the use of floral embroidery.
