Usain Bolt Sprints Into Korea To Open First Hublot Store

South Korea was set ablaze by the megawatt presence of legendary sprinter, Usain Bolt, who was in town to open the country’s first Hublot boutique.

The flagship store, located in Daegue at the posh Hyundai department store, saw brand ambassador and the undisputed “fastest man in the world” Usain Bolt gracing a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a special meet-and-greet with young South Korean athletes.

At the event, Bolt presented scholarships to promising sportsmen, and mingled with VIP guests who were treated to a showcase of the Hublot Unico King Gold, which is limited to 500 pieces.

Commenting on the Swiss luxury watch brand’s friendship with the 24-year-old Jamaican sprint star, Hublot CEO Jean-Claude Biver said: “The concept of time is sacred, for him and for the brand. Hublot measures time, Usain Bolt always seems to outrun it!”
