Singapore’s Orchard Road will get a slice of London’s most luxurious address, Knightsbridge early next year when the refurbished Grand Park Orchard opens with its flagship luxury retail concept with the English branding.
Housed within the former Park Hotel Orchard, which itself is undergoing an S$80 million facelift to a five-star property, Knightsbridge will comprise 83,000 sq ft of luxury retail space spread over four stories.
From the street, Park Hotel Orchard will be sheathed in a herringbone glass façade with eight-storey tall media walls. Boutiques facing Orchard Road in Knightsbridge will have direct street entrances and gigantic façade frontages to showcase brand labels.
“The Knightsbridge branding is in line with our vision for Grand Park Orchard to become synonymous with fashion and luxury,” said Mr Allen Law, Director of Park Hotel Group.
“Be it the stylish hotel lobby, the metropolitan sky bar with its stunning pool, or Knightsbridge itself, Grand Park Orchard will be transformed into a fashion icon and the place to be seen.”
