For its pre-fall 2014 collection, Pringle of Scotland designer Massimo Nicosia looked towards the work of architects like Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Ettore Sottsass for inspiration.
As a result, the transitional season found its focus in sharp lines as well as curved silhouettes. The brand’s well-known knitwear and diamond argyle pattern can be seen in sweaters and skirts. Pre-fall also showcases outerwear with sculptural coats paired with fitted trousers or mid-length skirts. The color palette is muted with pops of deep indigo, bronze and dark bottle green.
