The Mandarin Oriental has announced it will brand and manage 56 residences and 36 apartments above the Mandarin Oriental, Macau.
Scheduled to open in 2011, the residences & apartments in Macau will be the first branded Mandarin Oriental residential concept in Asia.

Owners will be offered an extension of the brand’s hotel experience through various services such as the hotel spa, fitness centre and swimming pool, and they will also have access to the One Central Residences’ Clubhouse and be in easy reach of the signature Cake Shop and retail stores.
Housed in the One Central development, the residences & apartments will enjoy views of Nam Van Lake, the Macau Tower and Taipa Island.
It will bring the total number of branded Residences at Mandarin Oriental worldwide to 14.
