A menu served at the Hôtel Ritz Paris in 1900 will be resurrected for one night only at the St George restaurant in Hullett House, Hong Kong.

Conceived at the turn of the century by arguably the greatest chef of all time and the founder of modern French cuisine Auguste Escoffier, the 12-course meal was enjoyed by famous movie stars, diplomatic leaders, royalty and Parisian high-society alike.

Priced at HK$1,888 per person (excl service), the menu includes Suprème de Vollaile aux Artichauts, Pommes nouvelles and Cœurs de Romaine.

The meal was originally served on June 26, 1900 and St George will likewise offer it on June 26, 2010.
