The Dalmore distillery has announced a virtual—and literal—constellation of its finest whiskies. Dubbed the Constellation Collection. the trove will showcase creations from the Highland distillery dated between 1964 and 1992, and will be sold through World Duty Free Group’s main tax and duty free store at London’s Heathrow Terminal 5.
The Dalmore Constellation Collection will kick off with the release of 21 individual expressions, curated for their exceptional aroma and complexity of taste. Approximately 4,000 bottles will be launched to the public per year: in total, 20,000 bottles will be sold under the Constellation Collection insignia.
Commenting on the new collection, The Dalmore’s Master Distiller Richard Paterson said: “In selecting these casks, we have identified our brightest stars from our darkest warehouses. Although much has changed since 1964, what has not is the consistency of quality inherent in each and every Dalmore expression. We’re very proud to share the shining lights of our Distillery with whisky lovers the world over.”
