Moët & Chandon celebrated 100 years in Singapore September 2009 with grand dinner, auction and party at One on the Bund. We previously covered the special plans for the anniversary in Singapore here.
The auction of the Moët & Chandon Dry Imperial 1904 was a smashing success, fetching SGD22,000, some SGD2,000 over the estimated price. Tim Bourne, International Co-Head of Watches at Christie’s carried out the auction. All proceeds of the auction will go to Mainly I Love Kids (MILK) charity organization.
Fittingly, the after-party was a stunning success, drawing some 250 guests who were served four different varieties of Moët & Chandon: Moët & Chandon Impérial Crystalised Magnum, Moët & Chandon Impérial Magnum in a Golden Pod, Moët & Chandon Golden Methuselah covered with gold leaves and Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial.
The celebrations continued throughout September and finish 8 October with Celebrating 2009 with Rock Glamour at Velvet Underground.
