Fine dining restaurant and lounge, ME@OUE, is set to celebrate its first Christmas. Located at the top-most floor of OUE Bayfront, in Singapore, the restaurant has exquisite panoramic views of Marina Bay. The fantastic views however, take a back seat to the epicurean excellence served up by the restaurant’s three award-winning chefs – Chef Laurent Peugeot, Chef Masayasu Yonemura and Chef Justin Hor Chee Keong – who each represent French, Japanese and Chinese cuisines respectively.

Fantastic food and wonderful views…the perfect reason, to head over to ME@OUE this Christmas. From December 20 – 25, ME@OUE offers diners the chance to savor its specially curated Christmas menu. The five-course Christmas menu, priced at S$145++, boasts unique flavors from Japanese, French and Chinese cuisines. The menu starts with a sashimi platter and is followed by foie gras poele with clementine marmalade and verbena syrup, steamed cod with fresh beancurd skin and black fungus, and ‘Chapon’ with chestnut variation, butternut squash black truffle and chicken jus. The exquisite meal ends with a “Christmas Chocolate Sphere A la Mandarine” – mandarin & lime gelee with orange sponge biscuit, chocolate sphere, dark chocolate cremeux and mandarin sorbet.
