This autumn the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will welcome Chef Thomas Keller into two of its restaurants where he will cook his contemporary American food heavily influenced by French cuisine.

Keller heads up The French Laundry and Per Se in the USA (both three Michelin starred restaurants) and will bring with him a team of seven members from The French Laundry. They will re-create some of his signature dishes for lunch and dinner at the Mandarin Grill as well as a dinner menu in the hotel’s most intimate restaurant, The Krug Room.
