The second edition of the Sarment Icons Cookbook Calendar was recently launched in Hong Kong at a party at KEE Club that saw over 250 guests in attendance on Jan 28. This year’s calendar features 12 prominent chefs, one for each month of the year, suited up in Ermenegildo Zegna – a refreshing change from their usual chef’s whites.
Singapore-based chefs featured in the calendar include Chef Julien Royer of JAAN, Chef Ryan Clift of The Tippling Club, Tetsuya Wakuda of Waku Ghin, and Frédéric Colin of Brasserie Gavroche.
The cookbook calendars are available for purchase at Brasserie Gavroche from now till March 2015.
