Apparently, the effect of Carnaby Street can’t be contained solely in the ’60s or in London.
All the way in Melbourne in 2009, Michael Lamacchia and Nick Tologlou have taken up the mantle of Kings of Carnaby to craft threads that recall the sass and silhouettes of the ’60s British mod.
So far, the label’s been purveying goods that are consistently clean cut, elegant and smart enough to be shaking up Melbourne’s Fashion Week. It’s now available in Singapore, so you won’t have to travel far for that bit of versatile and delicately put together mod style.
