The InterContinental Hong Kong is partnering Moët & Chandon for an exclusive dinner in celebration of some of the house’s most prized vintages.
The dinner will be held on February 23 and will toast Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2002, Grand Vintage Rosé 2002, and the rare vintages of 1992 and 1975 in Magnum. The house’s winemaker Axelle Araud will also be in Hong Kong to personally introduce the wines.
The hotel’s Executive Sous Chef Simon Kwok’s recently visited Moet & Chandon’s headquarters in Epernay, and has produced a 5-course menu paired with the champagnes.
