Earlier this month Conrad celebrated the launch of its new residences in Koh Samui.
Located on the beachfront in Phang Ka, the southwest coast of Koh Samui, the villas are surrounded by coconut plantations and offer fantastic views over the Gulf of Thailand and the ‘Five Islands’.

The Singapore-based architects Eco.ID (who styled the Metropolitan Bangkok and the W Maldives) have designed the villas, while the interiors have been styled by Wilson Associates, the team behind the Conrad Bangkok and the Banyan Tree Bali.
In total 32 properties are being built and will open as part of the Conrad Koh Samui Resort and Spa in late 2010. They will have access to the hotel’s facilities such as the swimming pool, spa, gym, secluded private beach and concierge services.
Prices start at THB43.8 million for a two-bedroom pool villas and THB 88 million for a three-bedroom pool villas.
