Belvedere Vodka has crowned Sabrine Dhaliwal the winner of The Belvedere Challenge – Belvedere’s international contest among the world’s best bartenders to create a legendary martini cocktail. Sabrine Dhaliwal is a bartender from Vancouver, Canada. In addition to her newfound fame for creating this timeless libation, she will enjoy a dream vacation to Jamaica, at the renowned GoldenEye Resort, one of the world’s most beautiful and notable luxury vacation destinations.

This spring, Belvedere Vodka invited the world’s most talented bartenders to compete in the highly anticipated Belvedere Challenge. Eight finalists were selected out of hundreds of applicants to participate in the final rounds, a series of challenges that took place in London this past week. Sabrine Dhaliwal took the crown in competing in rounds that tasked each finalist with everything from travelling around London’s iconic landmarks to collect the most refined ingredients to crafting exquisite martinis cocktails paired with a bespoke menu created by Marcus Wareing, one of UK’s leading Michelin starred chefs, to showcasing his original legendary martini. She received top honors and was bestowed the grand prize by a panel of prestigious experts and industry insiders including Alessandro Palazzi, Erik Lorincz, Tristan  Stephenson and Anistasia Miller.

Sabrine Dhaliwal’s winning martini, Pink Skies, was a favourite amongst the judges due to its exquisite ability to bring out the silky soft texture and delicate rye notes of Belvedere Vodka that provide the perfect foundation for the most iconic of all vodka martinis.
