Angelina Jolie made her first public appearance since revealing the news of her double mastectomy at the premiere of “World War Z” held earlier today in London.
The actress supported her partner, Brad Pitt, in a black gown with sheer paneling from Saint Laurent designed by Hedi Slimane.
