Over the last three years Switzerland’s Château Allaman has undergone extensive renovation work and now several new residences within the 12th century property are up for grabs.
Sitting on Lake Geneva, the glorious estate spans 60,000 square feet of living space and lies in 30 hectares of private land.
One unit in the redevelopment has already been sold and for the time being three more remain on the market. The residences range from 300-650 square metres, and vary in price from 10-25 million Swiss Francs.
