Set to hit theaters on September 25, writer and director Nancy Meyers’ ‘The Intern’ has just released its first trailer which co-stars Roberto De Niro and Anne Hathaway.
The official synopsis for the movie reads: “Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro) is a 70-year-old widower who has discovered that retirement isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game, he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway).”
‘The Intern’ will not be the first time that Anne takes on a role steeped in fashion. ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ helped cement her as a movie star in 2006. Check out the trailer and movie poster below.
