As the long-time sponsor of Metropolitan Opera, Yves Saint Laurent co-hosted the gala premier of Gioachino Rossini’s Le Comte Ory on March 24.
The evening also included a succulent dinner on the Metropolitan Opera’s Mercedes T. Bass Grand Tier. Helmed by Stefano Pilati, creative director of YSL and corporate chairman of the gala, the dazzling event attracted an array of opera enthusiasts and fashionistas, including Anja Rubik, Christine Baranski, Rebecca Hall, Cluadia Schiffer, Claire Danes, the Olsen twins, Lou Reed, Olivia Munn and Patti Smith.
