Share with our readers something most people don’t know about you.

I really throw myself out there. I try and do everything and anything. I went to dance school became a classical dancer. Went to sports school, became a national athlete. Joined some pageants, became a model. Went to Ngee Ann and was writing for Asian Geographic Magazines for a period of 8 months and have even gotten the chance to travel and write. I like being versatile and I couldn’t imagine life any other way.

What are you working on at the moment?

I’m currently pursuing my bachelors in professional communication with RMIT University. Apart from that I’m a freelance model/writer. Most people would know me as being the camera girl at Abercrombie and Fitch but I’m currently no longer working there but I had been with them for the past 9 months.

6 words to sum you up:

Adventurous, sentimental, sociable, outgoing, risk taker and passionate.

I feel sexy when….

I wear denim shorts! Because I always feel sexy when I show legs. Thus, you’ll hardly ever see me wearing jeans. Denim shorts are also especially good for our sunny weather in Singapore.

I feel fashionable when….

I accessorize because I feel today, fashion isn’t just all about what you wear anymore. It’s also how you accessorize. I could wear a completely dull and casual dress and all I have to do is wear a chunky neck-piece and pair it with a nice clutch or pumps and I would have turned the entire outfit around.

What or Who are your biggest fashion influences?

No one in particular because I don’t really like to be a follower. I guess the biggest influences are fashion magazines and whatever I read online that catches my eye. I feel that trends should not be followed blindly; you should only follow a trend if you can pull it off and if it suits you.

Define your fashion.

It can get a little crazy sometimes. I love bright colors so I must say my fashion sense is for the bold. I also love to mix and match both prints and colors that don’t usually go together. Every time I pick an outfit, it usually follows with negative feedback from family and friends but once I put it on, their opinions have always been the direct opposite. Sometimes things just look better on you than on the rack.

What do you think of Singaporean women’s Style?

I think its pretty casual because most people dress for comfort. However, as of late the younger generation have definitely become increasingly interested in keeping up with fashion trends. The majority of Singaporean women are also very brand conscious and that’s probably why you see more high fashion brands making their way to Singapore.

What is sexy to you in a woman & man?

I think confidence in both man and woman is sexy to me, especially if he/she is poised and carries oneself well. Beauty alone will not cut it; a contagious personality will be the very thing that sets you apart.

But of course I like a man in a suit. I find that sexy and more so if he is charming and speaks well.

The naughtiest thing you ever did was..?

Some things are best kept a secret.

What are some of your personal beauty tips & regimes ?

I am a big believer of natural beauty so you will hardly ever see me wearing much or any make up on. It’s usually just my blusher and lip balm that I carry around. My greatest advice to girls out there that can afford to stay away from make up is to keep it minimal and not make it a daily practice.

What do you predict will be the next fashion trend?

This is a tough one as fashion is always unpredictable and with time I have realized it is nothing but a cycle. The old comes back with a new touch and feel don’t you think? Well, the ‘mix and match’ is always in trend.

I figure we might get prints and studs together and just a mixture of fabrics really such as a combination of denim with Aztec or floral. I also foresee that the stripes and polka dots might return once more to stay, even if it’s simple.

What turns you on?

Vampires, abs and bad boys.

I could do It All Day & All Night Long. What would this be?

Talk! I always have so much to say and so much to contribute.

What are some of your indulgences?

Has got to be chocolate! I’m quite the sweet tooth. I need my daily dose of chocolate and it is anyway scientifically proven to make a person happy, which is the case with me. I usually have hot chocolate to go before class and ever so often I love having chocolate-coated strawberries, macaroons and my favorite Jules Destrooper chocolate coated cinnamon biscuits that is to die for!

Favorite Brands?

Alexander McQueen, Steve Madden, Vivienne Westwood and Tory Burch.

Could you share a sexy tip with our readers?

One should keep fit because a healthy body and a healthy mind are what makes a person beautiful. I couldn’t do without a toned stomach so I hit the gym or just do sit ups at home whenever I can.

Any relationship advice for our readers?

In a relationship, just remember to always be yourself because a person should love you for who you are and not what they want you to be. Trust and communication remains the two most important things to me in a relationship, so if you have that, don’t misuse it.

Career advice?

If you share great passion for something, then go for it. After all, when you enjoy what you do, it becomes less of a job.
