Tired of the one-size-fits-all menus in the city. The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong has just debuted a one-of-its-kind dining experience, the Chef’s Table.

Billed as an “interactive dining experience”, executive chef Peter Find and his team of chefs at the Ritz will walk patrons through the ingredients, cooking methods and –if you’re lucky – culinary secrets – that go behind each tailor-made dish.

Available for a maximum of eight guests and at a minimum spending of HK$ 14,000, the tailor-made menu can be of eight to twelve courses. Those who want to take the personalized dining experience to even greater heights can opt for the food/wine pairing option.

The Chef’s Table will take place in a private dining room on the 102nd floor of the hotel, where an intimate ambiance and panoramic views of the harbour await avid diners.
