An NC16 rating has been placed on funny gal Michelle Chong‘s latest film 3 Peas In A Pod, which launches Nov. 14 (watch trailer below).
This is a serious buzzkill for fans of the actors, especially that of former U-KISS member Alexander Lee Eusebio (Xander), who stars in the film alongside Calvin Chen and Jae Liew.
Several have left comments on the film’s Facebook page and while they’re disappointed, most have accepted the decision good-naturedly.
One Facebook user suggested that Chong release the DVD so the under 16s can watch the film, while others assured the actress/director it wasn’t her fault.
According to Channel NewsAsia, Chong had initially written a letter of appeal, but retracted it due to time constraints.
