In the lead-up to the announcement of the winner of this year’s ICON de Martell Cordon Bleu, we give you an introduction to the finalists for this prestigious, juried photography competition.

Ernest Goh, a Singapore Press Holdings arts scholarship-holder, holds a special interest in the complex, fraught interaction between humankind and nature, most notably in his immensely moving series of photographs documenting the devastation following the earthquakes and tsunamis in 2004.
