Riding on the success of last year’s show, Hainan Rendez-Vous 2012 is poised to unfurl its sails along the happening shore of Sanya from April 5th – 8th.
Entering its 3rd year, the 4-day event will be jam-packed with art displays, exclusive galas, late night soirees and educational workshops. Confirmed attendees include Luerssen, Heesen Yachts, Blohm+Voss, Royal Huisman, Kingship, Oceano, Feadship, Brunswick, Jeanneau, Beneteau, CNB, Azimut-Benetti, San Lorenzo, Ferretti Group, Marquis, Sunseeker China and Princess Yachts.
While the list of the yachts has yet to be announced, there will be nothing short of eye candy for the jet-setting crowd. Standouts will include the 44.65m Helix by Feadship, the 50m Northern Sun, a unique expedition yacht converted from a Japanese marine research vessel, a 161-foot by Trinity, and the stunning 57m sailing yacht SY Montigue.
Last year’s event attracted over 15,000 visitors from all corners of the world. Hainan Rendez-Vous was founded in 2010 by Delphine Lignieres.
